Chef"s Demonstration on the Silversea Silver Spirit
The executive chef and head sommelier of the Silver Spirit had 6 culinary activites on our 14-day cruise.
The "L'Ecole des Chefs" included a food and wine pairing, basic knife skills workshop, tour to the market, cooking demonstrations, lunch and learn at Seishin, and a cooking competition. Each activity was well attended, interesting, educational, and (most importantly) fun.
