My definition of leadership is the ability to take action on your own when you know you should.
At some point you have to move from being a follower to a leader.

Cold calling has it's place in your business but not when you buy them and call them over the phone.
You should generate MLM leads on your own.
When you generate your own MLM lead list you own it.
They are not sold over and over again.
You will have the ability to build relationships with them and market product of your own to them whenever you wish.
The main reason I suggest to stop buying generic MLM leads is because there not your target market in the first place.
You may be saying to yourself, well who is my target market and who should I be talking to? That's the million dollar question.
Your target market is 'drum roll please' other network marketers! Have you ever asked yourself how the top income earners become so successful? It's because these leaders have a big list of network marketers that they have built relationships with over time.
I am not talking about MLM genealogy list which are downline list from existing or past MLM companies either that you buy from leads vendors.
How do you generate MLM leads that are your own? This is how you do it.
First you want to be in a position to provide a solution to other network marketers that will help them to build a successful network marketing business that there associated with.
There are many network marketers out there that are hungry for a solution to build there business.
So you have to become a solution provider.
You want to be able to generate income when you generate MLM leads as well whether these MLM leads join you in your business or not.
This will allow you to fund your advertising cost so you can generate an endless MLM lead list.
Doing this will allow you to start building relationships with them in the process.
As your MLM lead list grows you will find that many of these leads you built relationships with will want to work with you in your network marketing business as well because you started off by giving them a solution to building a profitable network marketing business.
You might be saying to yourself, this is great Joe, so were do I find a system that will allow me to do what your talking about? Well I can tell you that if you had a system built for you it would cost you well over $6000 dollars.
