Judicial Courts Legislating Us into a Socialist Nation - Mark My Words This is Extremely Dangerous

103 11
Just within 2007 there have been many cases awarding damages against common sense and free-markets.
In the United States, everyone is equal under the law and treated equally, however a citizen is not granted equal results or success.
I often wonder if Milton Friedman would roll over in his grave along with Adam Smith and other free-market capitalist pillars of intellect if they could read the daily news in our nation.
It is amazing to read these headlines day in and day out of judgments, which clearly contain no common sense.
The implications of these cases creates continued crisis and added modern liberal socialist movements that jeopardize the future strength of our nationhood.
When employers have no control over their businesses and the courts make them re-distribute wealth to those who have not performed or caused inefficiencies or rifts between the mission of the entity; there can be no reasonable opportunity.
No reasonable opportunity of success, decreases the amount of capital investment and re-investment.
Laws, rules and regulations or event taxation without representation forced upon free-markets unnecessarily are a form of criminality or stealing.
There was an old saying; "Do not steal, the government hates competition.
" Although, I have not heard this statement in a while, perhaps it makes sense to bring this truism back and explain what is happening in exactly those reality based terms.
If government allows parasitical lawyers and non-productive, non-involved patrons the ability to sue businesses into submission and eventual oblivion, then free-markets or anything similar cannot exist.
Dear Sirs, Judicial Courts are legislating the United States into a Socialist Nation - Mark My Words -this is Extremely Dangerous.
Sincerely, Lance Winslow.
