How to Open Windows 2000 Without an Administrator Password
- 1). Click "Start."
- 2). Click "Settings."
- 3). Click "Control Panel."
- 4). Open "User Accounts."
- 5). Click "Reset Password" under the "Password for Administrator" portion of the "User Accounts" window. Type your current administrator password into the first box on the screen. Leave the second two boxes blank, indicating that you do not want to use a password. Click "OK" to remove the administrator account password. You can now open Windows 2000 without an administrator password.
