End Processes

• 1). Press "Ctrl" + "Alt" + "Delete" simultaneously.
  
  
• 2). Click on the "Task Manager" and then the "Processes" tab.
  
  
• 3). End the following processes. To end a process, right-click on it and select "End Process":

Unregister DLL Files

• 1). Hold down the Windows key and press "R" to open the Run box.
  
  
• 2). Type "cmd" (without quotes) into the Run box and click "OK." The Command Prompt opens.
  
  
• 3). Type the following into the Command Prompt. Be sure to press "Enter" after each line.
  
  regsvr32 /u olesys.dll
  regsvr32 /u vmreg.dll
  
  

Delete Registry Keys

• 1). Hold down the Windows key and press "R" to open the Run box.
  
  
• 2). Type "regedit" (without quotes) in the Run box and click "OK." The Registry Editor opens.
  
  
• 3). Locate this registry key in the left pane of the Registry Editor and delete it by right-clicking on it and selecting "Delete": HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run SpywareGuard2008.
  
  

Delete Files and Folders

• 1). Click on the "Start" menu.
  
  
• 2). Click on the "Search Programs and Files" box.
  
  
• 3). Search for the following files and folders and delete them. To delete a file or folder, right-click on it and select "Delete."
