Where to Track the Carnival Pride
- The Carnival website provides the daily itinerary of all future cruises. On the "Find a Cruise" page the easiest way to see the Carnival Pride schedule is to select the Baltimore departure port. You can narrow your search by cruise locale and dates of travel.
When the cruise has departed the port and is under way the schedule will no longer be on Carnival's website. - The website www.sailwx.info provides ship tracking information including cruise ships. From the home page you can select "cruise ship tracker" from the ship tracker pull down menu. The cruise ship tracking page has a world map at the top followed by an extensive list of cruise ship latitude and longitude positions. If you click on the ship's name you will be taken to a page with a map and the cruise ship's last reported position. If you do not see the Carnival Pride on the list, scroll down to the bottom of the cruise ship page and enter the name in the box provided.
When you get to the ship's location map you can adjust the number of hours to look back and get position updates. The updates can be just one or two per day to every couple of hours depending on the ship's location and travel. Remember to note the times shown are UTC or Greenwich Mean Time. You will need to adjust the time to match your local time zone. - Governments and shipping companies are working on automatic satellite tracking systems for ships. As these systems become available the cruise lines will be able to show the exact location of the cruise ships on their websites.
