The best part of being independent is owning your own home.
The only down part with that is that you have the mortgage and things of that nature.
Yet, there are people who are always trying to fraud the system.

If they can do this, then the borrower ends up paying more and the dishonest lender gets a bigger cut.
This is wrong and there are numerous companies currently being investigated.
Those who have lost money to this already have found that a lawyer can help them to recover their costs that they paid extra towards.
The other type of fraud is referred to as fraud for housing.
This is where people will lie about employment, salary, and other qualification details to manipulate their mortgage rates.
Pretty sneaky, but when you do this, you can get in some serious trouble with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
If the FBI feels there is fraud going on, they will start an investigation.
Some have been falsely accused, but if you feel this has happened to you, then it might benefit you to look into this type of litigation.
