How to Refill a Kodak All-In-One Printer Cartridge
- 1). Protect your work surface by putting down a few layers of newspaper or a towel. Ink can destroy clothing, so cover them as well.
- 2). Drill a small hole into the top of the black ink cartridge, just big enough for the tip of your syringe. The hole should be approximately one-third of way from the edge, where the letter 'K' is printed.
- 3). Fill your syringe with about 10 ML of black ink.
- 4). Slowly insert the syringe into the hole and the sponge inside. Inject the ink.
- 5). OPTIONAL: Reseal the hole by placing a bit of tape over it.
- 1). Remove the lid by carefully inserting the blade of a knife between the colored and black plastic and prying it off.
- 2). Insert toothpicks into each of the exposed holes to determine the ink color contained in that chamber.
- 3). Fill the syringe with about five ML of your first color.
- 4). Insert the syringe into the corresponding color chamber, and inject the ink slowly.
- 5). Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until you have filled each chamber.
- 6). OPTIONAL: Replace the lid and seal it with tape.
