Drain ribs and discard juices from crockpot. Combine remaining barbecue sauce and preserves in a small bowl and pour over ribs in crockpot, turning to coat. Cover and cook on high for 25-30 minutes or until ribs are glazed.
If you have a newer crockpot, the ribs may be done in 6-7 hours; check then to make sure they don't burn or overcook.

- 1/2 cup pineapple preserves
