Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:SHIP) announced the results of the annual meeting of its shareholders held on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at the Company's executive offices.

At the meeting the following proposals were approved and adopted: 1) the election of Messrs. Elias Culucundis, Dimitrios Panagiotopoulos, Dimitrios Anagnostopoulos and George Taniskidis, as Class A Directors to serve until the 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, 2) the amendment of the Company's Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share from 201,000,000 to 501,000,000 shares and 3) the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers S.A. as the Company's Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm for the Fiscal Year ending December 31, 2010.
