You see the problem in these current economic times, in this current crisis, in this bailout and stimulus era.
States are queuing up like people getting free cheese on the street do.
And companies are crying and moaning, asking the federal government for bailouts-and of course they've responded with not billions, but trillions of our money.
And they're giving it to people who screwed it up already.
Now, how is someone who screwed it up, who mucked it up, going to do it right? It's just not going to happen, and don't expect the government to do it.
The government fostered these problems.
Now, I and my entrepreneur friends, I and my marketing friends, we're not getting any bailouts.
Of course, for some of us in certain sectors, certain markets, sales are sagging...
sales are down.
On the other hand, you see, there's a fundamental difference between us and the big corporations.
Instead of thinking that we deserve something extra because we're a Big Three automaker, because we have screwed the public of the world for decade after decade by giving blue collar workers the highest wage in the entire blazing world, we expect to reap what we have sown.
We don't have anything against blue collar workers, of course.
I just have issues with force, coercion, with getting that money at gunpoint, which the UAW- the United Auto Workers-has done, making it a right that they deserve more.
So they deserve to be treated better than any other American? Hold on...
