Eczema also known as dermatitis is a term of many types of skin inflammation.
It can irritates all over your body especially extremity and reachable part of your body.
It will make your skin feels dry, rough, flaky, cracking, uncomfortable and extremely itchy.
And then after you scratch it over and over it will leave a mark such as swelling, redness, blistering and sometimes oozing and bleeding.
If in this step you don't search for a help it will end up with skin discolorations and scars.
Eczema can affect people of any age, usually with a family history of the condition or a family history of other allergic conditions, such as asthma or hay fever.
The symptoms usually occur when you are facing physical and mental stress and it will get worse if you don't seek for a help because that itchiness will not go away by itself.
Although it is not contagious but if it is not properly treated it can lead to infection.
Eczema treatment mainly includes preventing itching, inflammation, and worsening of this condition.
Besides all of that treatments there are several things that you can do to prevent the symptoms of eczema appear: 1.
Keep your skin well hydrated by reducing your bath time and use lukewarm water to keep your skin from dryness, use a mild soap or body cleanser or a mild detergent soap-free cleanser and don't forget to apply an emollient particularly after bathing, and when itchy.

Wear soft smooth cool clothes, and try use cloth made of cotton instead of more irritating fabrics such as wool or stiff synthetics, such as polyester.

Avoid skin contact with irritating chemicals, plants, jewelry and substances that trigger skin allergies.
4.
Avoid physical and mental stress.
Stress, depression, and anxiety have been related to the flare up eczema symptoms.
5.
Eat right, light activity, and adequate sleep will help you stay healthy, which can help prevent flares.
6.
Avoid scratching the rash.
