How to Set Up an eCommerce Site
- 1). Log in to www.godaddy.com and click on "create account" at the top of the page. Fill out business contact information and click on "create new account." Remember to write down your account number and password so you will have easy access to it.
- 2). Log in to your email address to verify registration of your GoDaddy account. On the GoDaddy site, click on the green "Business" button and click on business package deals. Click on "Open an E-Commerce store." Choose plan length from the dropdown menu and click on "Add to Cart." If you would like to add more features to your E-commerce site, scroll through the menu and click on add to cart for additional features.
- 3). Finish selections and click on the "continue to checkout" button. If you desire to add any additional customization products to your site, click on those products and then choose "Continue."
- 4). Select method of payment and complete your order. You will be given a confirmation number and access to your E-Commerce building page. Follow step-by-step guide to set up your new E-Commerce store.
