Prepare Dried Chasteberry Tea

• 1). Bring a cup of water to a boil in a pot on a stove.
  
  
• 2). Place a tsp. of dried chasteberry in a tea infuser.
  
  
• 3). Place the tea infuser into a cup and pour the boiling water over it.
  
  
• 4). Allow the tea to steep for eight to 10 minutes. Remove the tea infuser and drink. Sweeten it with honey if necessary.
  
  

Make a Dried Chasteberry Tincture

• 1). Grind 3 oz. of chasteberry in a coffee grinder.
  
  
• 2). Place the ground chasteberry in a sealable glass container.
  
  
• 3). Pour 12 oz. of vodka or brandy over the ground chasteberry. Seal the jar and leave the chasteberry to steep for two weeks.
  
  
• 4). Strain the chasteberry solids from the liquid, and pour the liquid back into the jar.
  
  
• 5). Add one-third tsp. of the tincture to a quarter cup of boiling-hot water. Allow the solution to steep for five minutes to dissipate the alcohol.
