- 1). Launch Internet Explorer and open the Tools menu.
- 2). Click on "Internet Options" to open the options screen.
- 3). Click the Security tab and select "Internet" with your mouse, if it is not already highlighted.
- 4). Uncheck the box next to "Enable Protect Mode" and click "Ok."
- 5). Click "Ok" if prompted to confirm the change, exit and restart Internet Explorer 7.
