Some of woman will lose weight or maintain their weight while pregnant, whilst some of the may not, but will gain weight during 9 months period. Actually it all depends to individual to make a healthy pregnancy or not.

Pregnancy is a state of having embryo in the woman reproduction system. Pregnancy needs a nutrient and energy for the survival and development of embryo. However it is very crucial to have a balanced nutrient through pregnancy period.

When talking about pre and post pregnancy weight, we must consider a various parameters that contribute to weight. Height, age are the factors to calculate a ideal weight for a pregnant woman. To sum of theses factor we use a body mass index (BMI) to determine ideal body weight for individual.

Some of the woman skinny post pregnancy and some will gain extra weight post pregnant. Nevertheless some woman obese pre pregnancy and naturally lose weight after giving birth. However we need to understand contributing factor that lead to weight reduction.

Woman who breastfeed baby benefit weight loss over non breastfeed mom. Breastfeed mom will lose 500 calories a day and also give their baby a good and balanced nutrient.

A group support is also plays important roles in losing weight. A group member will set a target weight amongst them and will competes each other who can really meet the target. This group activity is working compare to reduce weight by individual.

After 2 months of delivery now you are ready for workout and exercise programs. You can begin with gentle training, such as walking and do it when you comfortable. If you deliver with a caesarian, the you need to wait around a minimum of 6 weeks for proper healing to take place before commence physical activity

You need to know that that exercise will give no effect to breast feeding. But you important to mother to drink enough of water to prevent you from dehydrated, and some more you also lose apart of your body fluid.

Early exercise after pregnancy, you need to do basic exercise such as walking. Try to do 3 - 5 times a week 10 - 15 minutes per session. After you have established the routine, now you can change to brisk walking.

Exercise during pregnancy means only gentle exercise, but it is a big no to do gym exercise. Some more if you do exercise regular before pregnant, it is easier to continue during 9 months.
