We fell in love with his Tuxedo. We knew he was meant for big things in life since he was dressed for the occasion. He needed a home with a lot of love to offer. Our hearts ached when we saw that his little leg muscles had not developed well since he was in a small cage at the shelter. The shelter also neglected to tell us he had a case of ring worm accompanied by an upper respiratory infection. None of that mattered to us, he was meant to be our family.

The minute he entered our home we tended to his needs and showered him with love. He is now a healthy and happy 8 month old kitten. We couldn’t possibly love him anymore that we already do. He is growing into the beautiful cat that we knew he’d be with a lot of love in return.

Basel was a lucky little boy the day Nadine walked into that animal shelter. He received the gift of loving care, which so many other shelter cats never will know.
