• This add-in for Outlook allows users to quickly add events like appointments and meetings to the Outlook calendar without running Outlook. You can type a memo, for instance, "Meeting Brad for lunch Monday at 1 PM," and Easy2Add will figure out what you mean and create new event in Outlook for you.
  
  

Personal Folders Backup Tool

• Users can back up their Outlook information either on their flash drives, a hard disk or a network server. The tool also sends periodic reminders to make subsequent backups. The FBLook for Outlook add-in lets you update status messages from Outlook and also sets your status to songs you're currently playing on Media Player or iTunes. • TwInbox allows Outlook users to update the Twitter status directly from MS Outlook and receive friends update as well. Since TwInbox seamlessly integrates Twitter into Outlook, tweets from friends are saved as emails into a folder that you specify.
