How to Create a Fraud Alert
- 1). Go to the "Fraud Alert" page on the Experian home page.
- 2). Complete the fields provided by typing your name, current and prior home addresses and your Social Security number. Though not required, it is helpful to add your phone number to your fraud alert by checking the box above the address section. You may also add your employer information.
- 3). Agree to the various terms and conditions of the service by checking all three check boxes at the bottom of the page and then click the "Submit" button. You are redirected to a page confirming the status of your receipt.
