A long time fan of movies old and new, Drew grew up outside of Buffalo, New York and now lives in Washington, DC. He loves old screwball comedies, film noir and classic science fiction.

Education

Drew attended Georgetown University, where he studied theology and literature (including film) and was Executive Producer of the nation’s oldest continually operating student theater company.

Experience

As a Teach for America volunteer, Drew taught writing to students in eastern Arkansas, and now works in public relations for a nationally recognized non-profit.

His work has appeared in several national newspapers and magazines. During the summer, he can be found once a week at Washington’s Screen on the Green outdoor movie festival, and during the rest of the year is can be found at the beautiful American Film Institute movie theater in nearby Silver Spring, watching classic movies on the big screen, as they were meant to be seen.
