The Eat Stop Eat Review

Hi everyone, I am Andrew and I have something to share with all of you.
When I was around 13, my classmates and friends used to tease me for being fat.
It was more surprising rather than humiliating as I was 127 lbs, just the right weight.
I did not think that I looked fat from any angle and my family shared the same opinion.
But, tired of all the comments I decided on joining the gym with four other friends.
I spent hours exercising at the gym daily for about 4 weeks during our summer break but there was no change in my weight.
Infact, much to my disappointment I had actually gained a few pounds.
I then decided to explore more options as I just had around 2 weeks left before the school reopened.
I started off with 'Skinny, Minnie'.
The food that was delivered as a part of this program tasted simply awful.
It just wouldn't go down my throat, let alone digesting it.
This program was off my list the very next day.
Luckily, I got a part of my money back.
I was back on square #1 and I was back on my search track again.
After a lot of browsing, I had a list of about 20 more weight loss programs but I was scared of trying something new after that horrible experience.
I was running short of time and I desperately wanted to shed a few pounds and look like the other girls in my school especially for the New Year celebration party.
It was near about that time that I came across the website 'Eat Stop Eat'.
I read the reviews and the testimonials posted on the site by the satisfied customers and it all looked very convincing.
Though the website claimed that the results were fast and that was enough for me.
I knew 2 weeks was not going to be enough for me to lose weight but at least I wouldn't gain any pounds and maintain my size.
The program required me to fast a few times in a day.
I was to increase the consumption of vegetables and fruits in my diet.
This was a boon in disguise for my mother who had been after me trying to change my eating habits.
She had just hit a jackpot! Along with keeping a check on my food, I was also to work on increasing my strength by training exercising.
This was something I had not focused on during those tiring sessions at the gym.
All of this did require a little sacrifice and a lot of hard work but the results were just outstanding.
I lost about 10 lbs in 4 weeks and my mom had to take me shopping to buy new clothes.
I recommended this site to all my friends who just can't wait to get started.
