- 1). Open your Internet browser. This can be done either by clicking on the icon on the desktop, or through your Start menu.
- 2). Find the menu on which the toolbars are located. Depending on which browser you are using determines where you can access it. Both browsers should have a View menu. Click View.
- 3). Find Toolbars under the View menu and hover your cursor over it. You will now see which toolbars are active and which are not. Click the ones that are not active (unchecked) to make them appear on your browser.
