- 1). Plug your R4 SD card into its adapter, and attach it to the USB port on your computer. When your computer recognizes the device, choose to view the files in Windows Explorer so that you can drag and drop files. If your computer does not read the card, double-click the "Removable Storage" icon in "My Computer" or "Computer."
- 2). In a second Windows Explorer window, locate the video that you want to transfer. Drag and drop the video file from here to a folder in the R4 window that you already have open.
- 3). Safely remove your R4 card by clicking the "Eject" icon in the taskbar, on the lower right-hand side of your screen. Wait for your computer to tell you it is safe to eject your device.
