MLM Training material is constantly telling you that your success depends on your ability to provide leadership for your leads, prospects and new members. If you are new or inexperienced in this business, how do you go about transforming yourself into a leader worthy of a following?
Before you even enroll a single new member you will have to figure out how you are going to lead your group. What MLM training will you provide? How will you motivate them? What if you have no experience, no MLM related skills and no idea what to do? Many people end up with the following choice: Do I invent a new system or way of doing business or do I copy what other, hopefully successful people, are doing?
There is no easy answer to this question. Successful MLM businesses can and have been built using both methods. If you've seen any of my previous MLM Training material, one thing I am sure of is that you will have greater income potential if you spend the time to create and develop your own brand. Using affiliate pages and borrowing other people's marketing systems is fine when you are new to the industry but you must always be aware that most of your efforts are going towards building their brand and not yours. Your MLM Training and marketing efforts would be put to better use by promoting your own brand, making you the star that everyone wants to follow.
This doesn't mean that you have to create a totally brand new marketing system and try to completely change the MLM industry. You do need to ensure that you are focused on building your brand whenever possible. You should try to offer your own MLM Training courses. There is nothing wrong with reviewing other people's MLM Training material, re-working and possibly improving it and creating your own new product. True invention is a very difficult process. Rarely does the original inventor ever profit from the invention of something totally new. Think about some of your favorite products and services. Apple didn't invent the smart phone. The iPhone is simply their improvement on someone else's invention. This is true of just about every single product and service in existence today.
Let me be clear about one thing though. I am NOT suggesting that you just COPY other people's work. Besides the ethical and legal issues, it will be obviously to everyone that you are just stealing their material and your market will punish you for it. You'd be better off doing nothing since at least you won't have ruined your personal brand and name recognition. As I create my MLM Training courses, I often get ideas from others. A lot of times though, my best MLM Training material is created by taking ideas from other industries and applying it to the MLM industry. This gives me two great advantages which are a proven idea from one industry and a totally new approach in the other.
