We've found that although the registry is continually causing a large number of problems, it's often the case that your PC will be unable to properly load up a number of important settings the registry will have used to run.
This problem can only be fixed by using a program called a "registry cleaner.
" If the above 2 steps did not work, we highly recommend this as it will fix the problems that Windows may have with this part of your system.
