• The Clarion Hotel is another well-located hotel on Congress Street. The hotel is close to the University of Southern Maine, Children's Museum of Maine, Portland Museum of Art and the Portland Observatory, among other attractions. • Established in 1927, the Eastland Park Hotel is close to the attractions of downtown Portland, adjacent to Congress Square. Also close by are the Old Port Waterfront and Portland's financial district. The hotel's rooftop lounge, which also provides restaurant service, offers views of the Portland area.
