3.As already mentioned, a professional teeth cleanup during a second semester of pregnancy protects your teeth from many severe issues.

4. Keep in touch with your dentist and, go for regular checkups in the entire nine months of your pregnancy. A regular dental checkup in almost every six months is also advisable for common people to fix any minor issues with their teeth.

5.One of the least known secrets for better oral health is to drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. Water flush out toxins from the body and remove all the harmful elements present in the body that may pose risks to the health of the gums.
