- 1). Click the Windows "Start" button on your Web server. Click "Administrative Tools," then click "Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager."
- 2). Click the website name in the left panel. A list of website-specific utilities display. Double-click the "WebDAV Authoring Rules" icon.
- 3). View the "Actions" panel in the right section of the Manager. If the "Enable" link is shown, then the WebDAV utility is not running. If "Disable" is shown, then the service is active.
- 4). Click the "Enable" link if you want to activate the WebDAV service. If it is enabled and you want to disable it, click "Disable."
