Nearly every ship in the Princess Cruises' fleet has a dedicated Youth and Teen Center with plenty of activities offered and supervised by professional staff. Starting with the Regal Princess, the company partnered with the Discovery Communications, parent company of the Discovery Channel, to bring a new family program of onboard and ashore activities to its ships called Discovery at Sea.
The Youth and Teen Centers have everything from arts and crafts corners, games tables, movies and splash pools to Teen Centers with ping-pong tables, jukeboxes and all the latest video games.
Some of the Princess Cruises' ships even offer a toddlers' play area, splash pool, computers, and video games. And for teens, special hideouts -Cyberspace, The Fast Lane, Wired and Off Limits - provide memories the kids will remember for years. In addition, some ships have separate jacuzzi and deck area for the teens.
All Youth and Teen Centers are fully supervised by Princess' Youth and Teen Staff. Not all kids like to eat grown-up food at mealtime, so the ships offer a special children's menu onboard all Princess ships.
Princess Kids Program features Princess Pelicans, ages 3-7, and Princess Pirateers, ages 8-12. These kids are entertained with non-stop activities such as:

Hours of Operation
Youth Centers open at sea 9:00 a.m.- 12 noon; 2:00-5:00 p.m.; 7:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m; 10:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m (teens only). In port, Centers are open from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m; 10:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m (teens only).
Group babysitting for children ages 3 to 12 years is offered from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. for an extra charge.
