- 1). Open up "My Computer" by double-clicking on the icon, usually located in the top-left corner of your computer screen.
- 2). Locate the lettered drives in this window.
- 3). Double-click on the one that says "Recovery" or "backup" (depending on your Acer model). These are where your recovery files are located.
- 4). Reboot your computer and press "ALT" and the "F10" key at the same time to start the recovery process.
