1. Red face when drinking. This is the most common symptom. And some people depending upon the severity of their reaction to her face can get extremely bright and deep red. This can be embarrassing in public situations in social situations.

2. Red patches on other parts of the body most commonly shoulders chest and thighs.

3. Extensive heat coming from these red patches.

11. A hang over the following day that seems to be in much greater proportion than the amount of alcohol consumed. This is often referred to as the Asian hangover.
