    Isotonic Nasal Wash

    • 1). Obtain all ingredients from the health food or grocery store.

    • 2). Warm water on the stove. Filtered or purified water is usually better than tap water. Do not use hot water.

    • 3). Pour water into jar and add canning or sea salt and baking soda. Make sure all salt and baking soda dissolves completelyr. You may need to stir or shake gently.

    • 4). Fill squeeze bottle or neti pot with 3/4 cup solution. Be sure to clean squeeze bottle or neti pot between each use.

    • 5). Save the rest in a covered jar for up to one week.
