Nylon Garments

• 1). Wash the nylon with a washing machine set on warm.
  
  
• 2). Add fabric softener to the rinse cycle.
  
  
• 3). Tumble the nylon dry on a low heat setting.
  
  
• 4). Add a dryer sheet to the dryer to reduce the amount of static. Remove the nylon from the dryer as soon as the cycle is complete to prevent wrinkles.
  
  
• 5). Iron the item—if necessary—on a low setting.
  
  

Nylon Carpets

• 1). Create a cleaning solution with 1/4 tsp. of a clear, mild dish-washing liquid to every 1 cup of warm water.
  
  
• 2). Saturate a scrub brush in the solution.
  
  
• 3). Scrub the nylon carpet with the scrub brush. Start at the end farthest from the entrance and work towards the door.
  
  
• 4). Rinse the carpet by patting with a damp cloth. Allow to air dry.
