• Gene & Georgetti Steakhouse is Chicago's oldest steakhouse. The legendary restaurant opened its doors in 1941. Lawry's The Prime Rib

• In 1938, Lawry's The Prime Rib opened its doors at the restaurant's original location in Beverly Hills, California. In its first nine years of operation, the restaurant experienced an abundance of growth and had to move to Las Cienega for expansion. Customers couldn't get enough of the well prepared, high-quality beef selections. Chef's at Lawry's prepare meat selections supplied by Allen Brothers and present meals on a silver cart, where the beef is carved in front of the customer.
  
  

Emeril's Chop House

• When world-renowned chef Emeril Lagasse decided to open a new restaurant in May 2009, he partnered with Allen Brothers as beef suppliers. Emeril's Chop House in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, is home to the Red Marble Steaks. The highly marbled steak is a product of the partnership between Allen Brothers and Lagasse.
