•    Open package and unroll your chimney balloon
•    Remove small rubber hose from chimney balloon handle and attach with inflation tube.
•    Blow your balloon, with little air.
•    Put balloon in the required location (the chimney flue) it to be when fully inflated.
•    Blow into inflation tube until you start to feel resistance. Continue until the balloon is firm to touch.
•    Close tap to ensure that the balloon is airtight.
•    Check that balloon is firmly secure by gently pushing handle into balloon to ensure that it does not move.
•    Remove inflation tube and store for future use or leave hanging down your chimney to remind you that the chimney balloon is installed.
•    At last, put the red tag to remind you that the Chimney Balloon is still installed.
•    Check your balloon, after few months to ensure it is still firm. Sometimes, it has deflated a bit then open catch and blows it up again.
