How to Copy Internet Connections to Different Computers
- 1). Navigate to
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections"
or
"C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections"
Replace "Username" with the user name for that computer's user, if a specific user's connections are desired. - 2). Highlight all the data in the "Connections" folder by pressing "Ctrl" and "A" at the same time on the keyboard. Copy all the data by pressing "Ctrl" and "C" on the computer.
- 3). Insert a USB key into the computer's USB port. The size of the USB key does not matter, as the files to be copied are very small. Navigate to the USB key's directory.
- 4). Press "Ctrl" and "V" once in the directory of the USB key. This will copy all the data from the "Connections" folder to the USB key. Eject the USB key once the data is copied. Remove the USB key from the computer.
- 5). Insert the USB key into the second computer. Open the USB key's directory and press "Ctrl" and "A" at the same time on the keyboard. Copy all the data by pressing "Ctrl" and "C" on the keyboard.

"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections"

"C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections"
