- 1). Discard the outer embroidery hoop and paint the inner hoop to match the accessories you have. Wait for it to dry before continuing.
- 2). Cut the ribbon into pieces of different lengths. Tie one end of each piece of ribbon to the embroidery hoop.
- 3). Attach your accessories to the end of each piece of ribbon by tying the ribbon to each item. Your accessories should not have any pieces that could harm the baby.
- 4). Cut four pieces of ribbon to equal lengths and tie them onto the embroidery hoop. They should be an equal distance from each other. They should also be long enough to reach the ceiling. Tie the ends together into a knot. This will be the hanger for the baby mobile.
- 5). Insert the hook anchor into the ceiling and make sure it's secured. You should put the anchor over the area where the crib will be. Slip the knotted ribbon onto the hook to hold it in place. Tie another knot around the hook to help make sure it's securely attached.
