Composite Based Radar Enabling Skin For Stealth Ships Needed

Apparently, the SensorCraft program is coming along well.
It is a system that uses a composite based radar inside this skin of a high altitude UAV or dirigible.
That makes perfect sense considering that are UAV program is coming along quite nicely, and it has proven its worth in chasing down terrorists around the globe, and in its surveillance duties.
But what if we also created littoral ships using the same composite-based radar enabled skin.
We could still keep them stealthy, and if we built these ships lightweight, and fast - and only a few people on the crew to man the armament, with several thousand four or 5 mile range small rockets-missiles, they could easily engage all the Pirates off the Somalian coast.
And if we had several of these radar-based composite skinned stealthy dirigibles overhead, we would have complete and total awareness of the battlespace.
There would be no possibility, of any more ship hijackings.
Now then, I'd like you to read an article in SIGNAL February 2001, and see how easily such a system could be implemented.
We currently have several ships being built right now which are littoral vessels.
What we need is to go light, and fast on the water, and attack the Pirates, engage them militarily, and sink their vessels, then let them attempt to swim the 100 miles back to shore.
Let's face it, the new paradigm of war will require slightly new tactics, vessels, and strategies.
We have the technology to do more and better in all we do.
It's time to put some of these new technologies to work and to rid the world of terrorists, and Pirates, who constantly disrupt the flow of goods and services to markets and economic trade.
It is completely unacceptable for these folks to continually disrupt the entire world.
