Longevity is probably the last thing on your mind. That's too bad, because you can make some easy progress now that will pay off for the rest of your life. Just maintaining a healthy weight alone will keep you feeling and looking great now, and prevent countless chronic illnesses in the future. Auto accidents are one of the leading causes of death for people in their 20s. In fact, around 33% of all deaths in your age range are from car accidents.Think of all the driving you do -- commutes, weekend driving, road trips. Be sure that you are wearing a seatbelt each and every time you get in the car; and if your car doesn't have airbags, it is probably time for an upgrade.
