- 1). Plug the Clearwire's power cable into the back of the device's modem.
- 2). Insert the Ethernet cable into the modem's Ethernet port and insert the opposite end of the cable into the router's Ethernet port. Push the ends of the cable into the ports until they click into place, which signifies the connection is secure.
- 3). Wait until the Clearwire modem's lights are a solid green and the signal bar displays at least two bars for moderate signal strength.
- 4). Click the Network icon on your PC's task bar to access the network and click "Connect." Enter the network's password and click "OK". For Macs, click the AirPort icon in the upper-right corner of the desktop and click the name of the router's network. Enter the password and click "Join".
