Ginger Why is Ginger so amazing? Over the years I have experienced some great results from Ginger.
When I was younger I loved to eat Ginger Snap cookies.
These days I have decided that taking Ginger in this particular form is not beneficial to my overall physique.
I have used Ginger in a wide variety of ways.
One way I have benefited from Ginger is its natural tendency to help with nausea, and sore throats.
When I came down with a cold or flu like symptoms my mother would give me a piece of ginger to help with my sore throat.
In some recent studies and life experiences I have discovered that ginger is a natural blood thinner as well as helping to reduce swelling.
If you experiencing swelling in your joints which is common in people with osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis maybe it is time to consider an alternative to modern medicine and look inside our own cupboards to help manage pain and swelling.
There are a number of people that I know personally that are benefiting from adding Ginger to their diets.
They experience an overall reduction is swelling in their legs, ankles, and knees.
If you are experiencing some early symptoms of arthritis try adding a little Ginger to different recipes you might use.
Do you like Sushi? I have grown to love and appreciate Japanese cuisine by adding Ginger to the dish.
In my opinion this is why Ginger is so amazing.
Combining Ginger and Exercise Most people if you ask them will tell you they normally take what the doctor has prescribed for their joint pain, stomach pain, or abnormal swelling in their knees and joints.
Try asking them if they are exercising they will most likely will respond with a no.
So I the writer want to draw you in to my thinking.
Exercise is the Key! If you combine exercise and some natural supplementation like adding Ginger to your diet there is a possibility you will receive some great results that can and will save you money and trips to the doctor.
What is best for you? Only you can really answer that question.
I am here to show from my experiences what has worked and what has not worked.
Earlier on in my life I realized how suddenly I become a man.
I didn't ask for the changes in my body.
I no longer had the high school youthful body and I noticed things began to change for the worse.
The more I sat on my back side the more I didn't want to do anything about it.
Besides the obvious reasons of my cloths not fitting I found that mobility was more difficult.
My lower back would hurt, my knees would crack if I bent over.
I felt old and tired.
I am not suppose to feel that way at 33 years old! So I began an exercise routine that soon helped me get on my way.
I started with walking.
That part was easy enough but I soon became bored with the routine.
I added some extra difficulty by jogging on flat and inclined roads.
That too became easier so I added running for a short distance then walking for a short distance and so on and so on.
I developed my cardiovascular enough that I didn't feel like fainting from over doing it.
The more I pushed myself the better I felt.
Those aches and pains went away.
The idea is to pace yourself adding more difficulty each time it becomes to easy.
When you do this method of never giving your body a chance to adapt to what you are doing it strengthens your heart and the ligaments around the knees and joints.
This is where supplementation comes in.
If we are not eating right foods for our bodies we sometimes need to supplement our bodies with other vitamins and minerals.
Adding Ginger to this arsenal of supplements can greatly increase your success in trying to win the body change challenge.
