- 1). Log on to the computer and click the "Start" button. Choose "Control Panel" from the menu.
- 2). Double-click the "Printers and Faxes" applet and find the Oki 2624 printer on the list. Double-click the Oki 2624 printer to see a list of jobs that have been spooled to the printer.
- 3). Right-click the job you wish to cancel. Choose "Cancel" to stop the job from printing. Be aware that the pages that have been spooled to the printer before clicking "Cancel" will continue to print. After those pages have been printed, the rest of the print job will stop.
- 4). Shut down the printer and allow it to remain off for at least five minutes. This will reset the memory of the Oki 2624 and prepare it for the next printing job.
