 It seemed like no matter what I tried I couldn't lose weight.
 My problem was that I relied too much on pills and supplements that didn't work.
 Today I'd love to share a few tips that work well.
The first tip is to understand that you're going to be making a lifestyle change.
 Any time you have to change something in your life you're definitely going to fight against it.
 It's even more true when you're trying to lose weight.
 The people that try and lose 10 pounds than down a chocolate cake are those who will never see good results.
 You have to realize all of the benefits of staying in shape and it won't be so bad.
The next tip is to eat a healthy breakfast each morning.
 At night your metabolism slows down just like the rest of your body.
 In the morning it needs a little help to get going again just like you do.
 Breakfast will end the fast that your body has been going through and it will give you the energy to start your day.
 Eating a healthy breakfast will also help keep your day on the right track.
The last tip is to keep track of the progress you're making.
 I see a lot of people who don't write down goals about where they want to go.
 I also see a lot of people who don't write down where they've been.
 It will be very difficult to make progress if you don't keep track of what foods you're eating and what exercises you're doing an for how long.
