Abundance Mindset Training: Do You Have Good Vibes?

If you've been studying the Law of Attraction or any wealth-related metaphysical material, you may have heard that your thoughts and beliefs offer vibrations, and that to attract and create good things in your life you need to have 'high vibes.'

It's all true! This may sound simple, and it actually is. When we are able to just relax and offer clear intentions and happy vibrations, our desires manifest with almost uncanny speed. What makes it complicated is, you guessed it: us. We try too hard to 'think positive,' to catch ourselves at every moment of lower vibrational thought, and we chastise ourselves when we are less than happy. This tension, and the tendency to be hard on ourselves, actually adds to the set of mixed or negative vibrations we are offering to the universe, resulting in more of the same: confusing, mixed results, and more reasons to get frustrated. We truly do create and attract whatever we 'put out there.'

While it is good to begin noticing what you are creating, it is counter-productive to be harsh with yourself. To truly use the conscious creation process wisely, it is more effective to simply 'switch gears' when we notice a negative thought pattern playing out. Instead of getting upset or frustrated, which adds power to the negativity, it is more efficient to change the thoughts immediately. Because this is not always easy, you may find that having lots of techniques and tools available to you is invaluable in various situations.

Abundance mentality includes more than money, of course, and can transform your life in miraculous ways, bringing to you all the good things life has to offer. The following tips have been created and gathered to assist you in offering clean, clear vibrations of abundance and joy, and in making easier transitions back to this state when you find yourself feeling less than fabulous.
  1. Remember that you are always at CHOICE. Any time you experience an emotion or reaction that does not represent your highest vision of yourself or that goes against your intentions, first accept that you are human and that this is normal and OK. Then, use your personal power and do whatever it takes to get yourself out of the funk. This decision, above all the other steps, is what will make the biggest difference to your happiness and vibrations level on a daily basis.
  2. Know what triggers you – both negative and postive. You can then try and avoid the negative when possible, and can use the positive ‘triggers' to help you bounce back when you are feeling less than stellar.
  3. Get back to basics. For many people, there are simple things that always make them feel better. Whether it's listening to your favorite music, calling a trusted friend who makes you laugh, or spending time in natural surroundings, take good care of yourself both every day, especially when you feel out of sorts.
  4. Get moving. Exercise is one of the best – and quickest – ways to feel great. Physical movement and activity is very powerful in creating and altering moods, and can shake you out of a funk or a lower ebb. Put on your sneakers and go for a walk if nothing else. Your body – and your cleared mind – will thank you! Then do it again tomorrow…
  5. Don't define yourself by your past choices – even those of five minutes ago. If you are feeling guilty for falling off the bandwagon – whether it's quitting smoking, eating healthy, exercising, or any goal you are working on – remember that your next choice can get you back on track. Focus on what are doing well, and keep going. No one is a robot and we all slip now and then…just keep going! Persistence is what makes for winning achievement, AND for high vibrations. As soon as you are back on track, you will feel great again, and that is what this is all about!
