    • 1). Weigh yourself on a scale. Record your weight in pounds.

    • 2). Measure your height with a measuring tape. Make note of your height in inches and square the number, meaning multiply your height in inches by the same number.

    • 3). Divide your weight in pounds by your height in inches squared. Multiply the result by 703 for your BMI result.
