Recently a survey ask people how they dealt with back pain.
We all probably know several friends who have suffered with back pain.
In fact this is the most common complaint that doctors treat.

CBS Health Watch reported on a survey conducted by Consumer Reports.
According to this study most people find relief from their discomfort with "hands-on" treatments.
The three top treatments were as chiropractic, physical therapy and acupuncture.
According to Dr.
Jennifer Ashton who reported on this for CBS many people want fast relief from their pain and turn to pain relieving drugs.
However drugs are not the answer they are only a bandage covering up the real solution/treatment which is prevention.
