However, with a person who believes in themselves, they know they may not "succeed" or "win" but they will take action with the INTENTION of succeeding where others will already come into the game with a defeated attitude.
They've lost before they've even begun.
This is an important myth to break because no one can ever be fearless.
But you can deal with the fear and nerves in a positive way and to your advantage.
If you keep this idealistic concept of confidence, you'll be chasing an unreachable goal.
Then all you do is leave yourself open for disappointment when in actuality you may have already succeeded.

Adjustments There are so many tactics and techniques to help you improve your inner strength.
However, what works for one person doesn't always work for another.
You have to be aware of the difference between being comfortable and what really works.
You need to know the difference between giving a technique sufficient time to work and what's not working period.

Consistency Whatever you do, however you go about this, you need to be consistent.
And this applies to everything in life just not our subject at hand.
The "Start and Stop" method doesn't work! If you wanted to get into great physical condition, you don't do it by exercising 20 hours in one day.
You exercise 1 hour a day for 20 days.
The same goes for increasing self-esteem.
All of your work in this matter will need to be consistent and of course the consistency of quality effort.
