How do you know when it is time to change your thinking? This week I have been working with a manager on a file that I have inherited.
The manager insists that he completed and submitted the paperwork to be able to use the easy procedure to hire someone.
I cannot find that paper work.
We have expended lots of time and energy looking for this paperwork, in fact so much time that he could have completed the process the other way by now.
How do you know when to stop with one process and switch to another? The long term goal has not changed, the question is do we cut our losses and move on? What about the phrase; "Quitters never win and winners never quit? At this point it is not about quitting, we are not quitting in this scenario we are simply using a different process to reach the same result.
The same thing happened to me as I have been building my home based MLM business.
For 2 ½ years I built my MLM business leading with the product, the results were not great.
