    • 1). Download Form 14A, Application for an Entry Visa, from the homepage of Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA), Singapore (see Resources).

    • 2). Print the downloaded form and then complete it by hand.

    • 3). Have one color passport sized photo taken of you. Make sure the dimensions of the photo fit the box provided on Form 14A.

    • 4). Affix the passport sized photo to the space provided on Form 14A.

    • 5). Gather supporting documents for your visa application, which includes documents demonstrating sufficient financial resources to cover your stay in Singapore, a valid passport with at least six months before expiration, and a confirmed airplane ticket or travel itinerary.

Provide a copy of your valid U.S. visa, if you are a foreign national living in the United States. If you are traveling to Singapore for business reasons, submit a letter of invitation from a registered Singaporean company.

    • 6). Mail your application materials, via certified mail, to the consular office that has jurisdiction over your state of residence (see Resources). A self-addressed prepaid envelope from a courier, such as USPS or UPS, must accompany your application.

Expect to have your visa processed within two weeks.
