Answer:

Don’t feed your horse concentrates intended for cattle feed. Some cattle feed contains medications and supplements that are beneficial to cattle, but deadly to horses. Even if the specific feed does not contain the medication it may have been mixed with equipment that has residues on it. Even trace amounts can cause problems.
